Digital Strategy, Research Infrastructures and Student Experience

Presented by Masud Khokhar, Assistant Director: Digital Innovation and Research Services at Lancaster University Library.

Masud's interests cover research intelligence, digital research and scholarship, digital humanities, digital infrastructure and open science.

Masud is renowned for his work for embedding innovation in libraries. He leads Lancaster University Library's Innovation Group and integrates innovative thinking and skills in the culture of the Library. He is a firm believer that digital, when done in the right way, can immensely increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. He is a graduate of the Bonington leadership programme and contributes nationally and internationally to several special interest and expert advisory groups.
